Professional Experience
However, my journey didn’t end there. A significant portion of my professional trajectory was dedicated to working in a specialized environment focused on psychiatric medication management. This role allowed me to refine my expertise and deepen my understanding of this field. It was an invaluable experience that empowered me to assist individuals in effectively navigating their mental health challenges through the careful and appropriate use of medications.
Before completing my Nurse Practitioner training, I spent 12 fulfilling years as an inpatient Pediatric nurse at a children’s hospital. This role was particularly rewarding as I had the opportunity to care for and support young patients during their hospital stays. Working with this population shaped my understanding of pediatric healthcare and provided me with invaluable experiences.
Overall, my journey has been characterized by diverse experiences in different healthcare settings, which have contributed to my professional growth and personal development. Each role I’ve held has enhanced both my expertise and compassion, and I eagerly look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
